Series A announcement: scaling knowledge-grounded AI
We've raised our Series A to scale the ameide Platform, deepen our Knowledge Graph foundations, and grow Research, Platform, and GTM.

We're announcing today the close of ameide's Series A. The round expands the team across Research, Platform, and Go-to-Market, and funds the next phase of the ameide Platform — particularly the knowledge-graph foundations that distinguish how we approach grounded, governed enterprise AI.
The thesis hasn't changed since the company was founded: enterprises will operationalize AI when, and only when, the systems are knowledge-grounded, policy-aware, and audit-ready by default. The Series A funds the engineering, research, and field work to take that thesis from a few dozen flagship deployments to a much wider set of customers and industries.
We're grateful to the customers who shaped the platform during the preview period, and to the investors and operators who joined the round — including several of the largest practitioners of enterprise AI on the planet.
