Introduction
ameide is a brand of N1N3 srl, an Italian limited liability company that develops and operates the ameide platform and related professional services for enterprise customers and consulting partners.
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit ameide.io, request a demo, contact our sales or partner teams, use our support chat, or otherwise interact with us, and how we process that data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the "GDPR") and the Italian Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended).
Data controller
The data controller for the personal data described in this policy is N1N3 srl, with registered office at Piazza Aldo Moro 10, 35129 Padova (PD), Italy.
You can reach us at n1n3srl@legalmail.it for any question or request relating to this policy or to your personal data.
Information we collect
We collect personal data in three ways: information you provide to us directly, information we receive from your device when you use ameide.io, and information we receive from third parties such as our authorised resellers and the Microsoft commercial marketplace.
Information you provide directly
When you submit a sales enquiry, request a demo, or contact us through ameide.io, we ask you to share:
- your first and last name;
- your work email address;
- the company you represent and your role;
- any additional context you choose to include in the message field.
- if you start a session in the support chat, the name, email, company, and phone number you choose to share with the agent.
Information collected automatically
When you visit ameide.io, our servers and self-hosted infrastructure record technical information necessary to deliver the site and keep it secure, including your IP address, the pages you request, the date and time of each request, the referring URL, and the user agent of your browser. Where you have given consent for non-essential cookies, we may also record aggregated usage information through our analytics tooling.
Information from third parties
If you reach us via the Microsoft commercial marketplace, an authorised reseller, or a partner referral, we may receive your business contact details and the context of your interest in ameide so that we can follow up with you.
How we use your information
We process the personal data described above for the following purposes:
- to respond to your enquiries and provide the information, demos, or commercial proposals you request;
- to operate the support chat and assist you with questions about the platform;
- to manage our customer and partner relationships, including contractual and pre-contractual activities;
- to send service communications related to demos, trials, and contracts you have entered into with us;
- where you have given specific consent, to send you marketing communications about ameide products, services, and events;
- to operate, secure, and improve ameide.io, including detecting fraud or abuse;
- to comply with our legal, accounting, and tax obligations;
- to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Legal basis for processing
Under Article 6 of the GDPR we rely on the following legal bases:
- performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures taken at your request, when you ask us for a demo, a quote, or a commercial proposal;
- our legitimate interest in operating, securing, and growing our business — including replying to enquiries from prospective customers and partners and producing aggregated analytics — balanced against your rights and freedoms;
- your consent, for non-essential cookies and direct marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time;
- compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, in particular tax, accounting, and statutory record-keeping rules.
International data transfers
We host ameide.io and our internal systems in the European Economic Area. Where a recipient is located outside the EEA, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another transfer mechanism permitted under Chapter V of the GDPR, and we apply additional safeguards where necessary.
Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, after which we delete it or anonymise it. In particular:
- sales and partner enquiries are kept for up to twenty-four months from the last interaction, unless they convert into a contractual relationship;
- support chat transcripts are kept for up to twelve months;
- contractual records and the personal data they contain are kept for the duration of the relationship and for the periods required by Italian tax and civil law (typically ten years);
- server and security logs are kept for up to six months;
- marketing consent records are kept for the duration of the consent and for two years after withdrawal as proof of compliance.
Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk of the processing, including encryption in transit, access controls, network segmentation, logging and monitoring, regular backups, and a documented incident response process. Despite our efforts no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure; please contact us immediately if you believe your interaction with ameide may have been compromised.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and obtain a copy of it;
- ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- ask us to erase your personal data;
- ask us to restrict the processing of your data, or object to it, including for direct marketing purposes;
- receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and ask us to transmit it to another controller;
- withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
How to exercise your rights
Send a request to n1n3srl@legalmail.it. We will reply within one month, as required by Article 12 of the GDPR. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.
If you believe that our processing infringes the GDPR, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
Children
ameide is a product for organisations and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of the page and, where the change is material, take additional steps to inform you. Earlier versions are available on request from n1n3srl@legalmail.it.
